The MO is the same, they want your credit report information. You contact them, click on the link in the email they send you and give them your credit report info. Yes legit companies do credit checks for employment checks however, the report a possible employer does is a limited information credit check. There is certain information they are not allowed to see on your credit report. This company is asking you to do the report yourself and give them the results so they steal your identity. Things like your social security number and possibly your credit score. Don't fall for these types of scams.
